What is Kombucha?

Kombucha is best known as a ‘fermented tea’, alive with the kind of bacteria our body thrives on.
The flavor is usually on the more sour side but the effects are ever so sweet! The active yeast in this beverage feasts upon sugars, converting it into CO2, making the beverage completely balanced and digestable for every body.

Who we are

Our kombucha is not just about crafting a beverage; it’s about weaving the flavors of our homeland into a tapestry of wellness and taste. Through our family’s kombucha, we aim to share the vitality of Greece’s herbs and fruits, creating a wholesome experience that resonates with both tradition and creation.

The Greek Gut kombucha was made with the desire to bring something different to the lunch table that will get everyone talking and in good spirits.

As Greek as it gets:
Our label illustrations were created by the talented Fotini Tikkou. Going forward, we intend to keep it Greek by collaborating with Greek artists for all of our labels present and future.
