Shipping and Delivery:
  • We currently offer shipping within Greece; mainland and islands. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • We aim to process and ship orders within 3-10 business days of receiving payment. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by you.
  • We do not deliver internationally. 
  • If there are any shipping delays, we will let you know as soon as possible via email. 
 
 
Returns and Refunds:
  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. You may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any shipping costs, once we have received and inspected the returned product.

Liability: 
  • Our product contains live cultures that could cause bottles exploding or becoming overly acidic. 
  • When purchasing our product, we strongly suggest storing bottles in cold storage (2°C-6°C) to avoid any damages (including exploding bottles, broken glass, bottle leaks, etc.). 
  • With that said, we hold no obligation to what happens to our bottles once the purchased items are delivered to the place of order. 
  • We hold responsibility for damaged deliveries (bottles unsealed, bottles exploding during transportation, bottle leaks) within a three day period.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of our website or your purchase of our products.
  • In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
